Community Activities Plans

Our mentors work closely with clients and their families to craft personalized activity plans. These plans are designed to align with the client's interests and capabilities, ensuring a joyful and enriching community involvement.

Goal Setting

We engage clients and their families in setting clear, achievable goals that complement their Individual Service Plan (ISP). This cooperative approach aims to foster greater independence and personal development for our clients.

Personal Care & Grooming

Teach Life Skills

Our mentors provide one-on-one assistance in essential areas such as navigating public transportation, managing finances, and developing positive peer interactions, paving the way for our clients to thrive in daily life.

Home Skills

Our mentorship extends into the home, where we assist with and teach valuable housekeeping and organizational skills. By focusing on these essential aspects, we empower our clients to maintain a safe and orderly living environment, fostering their independence and well-being.

Documentation Assistance

Navigating the complexities of paperwork can be overwhelming. Our mentors are here to offer assistance with a range of documents, including governmental, personal, and financial forms, ensuring that our clients have the support they need to manage these critical tasks with confidence.
