Our nurse will complete the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and train the caregiver in accurate documentation techniques, ensuring seamless tracking.

Education

Our nurse will enlighten both the client and the caregiver about proper dosage, frequency, route, and potential side effects of each medication, promoting well-informed care.

Medi-Set Filling

Our nurse will guide and oversee the caregiver in accurately filling the Medi-Set with the correct medications, ensuring safety and precision.

Doctor Communication

The nurse will maintain open lines of communication with the client's doctor's office, staying informed about any changes in dosage or medication.

Follow-Ups

With compassion and dedication, our nurse will routinely check in to ensure that the medication regimen remains up to date and that there are no concerns.
